託託雷利別墅 (Villa Tortorelli)

連住兩晚分別住兩個不同房間，房間都很大，晚上暖氣很足，整個房子都很溫暖，冬天的時候泳池蓋著，但是環境悠閑安靜，能感覺到夏天在泳池邊應該很舒適。除了離中央火車站較遠外，其它都不錯

1- No reception be careful about getting the entry codes The description says 24h reception so I was relaxed thinking all would go smoothly when we arrived around 22h in the evening. THERE IS NO RECEPTION! It is all online and you receive a code supposedly, but I checked my email multiple times and didn't receive any code. No signage about where the entrance was, I called the numbers provided on 訂房網站.com...no reply. Finally the number on the official website allowed me to message someone through WhatsApp and get the entry codes. The whole ordeal took 30-45min at 22h in the evening. 2-The staff is super nice The next morning there was a lady preparing breakfast and doing the check out and she was super great and very kind. the staff is great 3-breakfast No words can describe how beautiful and tasty this breakfast selection is. It's worth it to stay here just for the breakfast really. 4-room Big and clean shower room, very large and comfy bed. I couldn't however open the closed to use the hangers (old furniture) and the available drawers were dusty, so impossible to put clothes inside

My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

相當於中國的民宿 主人把別墅買下來 弄成一間間房間 當酒店 各方面設施 服務 遠遠不如酒店 地理位置沒有介紹中的那麼方便 火車站下來 真的真的走好久 後來我們索性打車了 沒有前台 沒有服務人員 唯一的一位越南小姐姐 是若影若現 能碰到她 要看運氣 第一天我們入住 由於沒有前台 甚至連一開始進入別墅都沒辦法 在門口打電話 按門鈴 都無效 最後是人家正好出去 我們順便進入的 非常被動 房間不像拍照那麼好 設施陳舊 廁所空間比較大 唯一的亮點吧 別墅安全性是好的 就是進出入 需要幫助的時候 是完全得不到迴應的 總歸 真的不推薦入住

服務員態度有善，客房設備齊全，乾淨清潔，周圍環境優美。距離火車站及景點都算近，可以走路就到，很滿意的體驗。
